If you get 2k prob look here plz

Ok i seem like im not the only one who gets this prob.. so i visted downloads.com wanted to see what ports i have blocked.... so i dl this progams to no suprise it shows range 446 to 6000 some to be blocked deafaut p2p ports... if you get this 2k prob try this prog let me know plz.... also any try this are these progs accurate?
