![]() I have been getting and thousand or more unwanted 399.0 in size downloads several times a day. I also had the problem where limewire starts, shuts down and restarts itself. I used mcafee antispyware and the starting, stopping, and restarting prblem seems to have gone away. I looked at another post regarding unwanted downloads and it said that after a restart an application will try and setup. I canceled as advised. It said to search for the string p2pnetwork in the registry and delete it and then to restart in safe mode. I have done this several times but it won't go away. Any advice on how to stop this would be greatly appreciated. I jsut checked on limewire again and it has been disconnected. I just went from 1000 files to 5000 in the last 1/2 hour. |
