Problems Resuming Downloads
 

My bak and dat files are still present, but Limewire seems to now ignore them.
Is there any way I can my resume files now ?
Is there a program that I can run that will scan the incompleter files ?

HELP

LW will refuse to load the incompletes into the downld window if
1. Your computer crashes whilst LW is open.
2. You didn't close LW down properly before shutting down computer. Go to LW's menu bar, tools>options>shutdown & make sure it's set for immediate shutdown.
3. If you go back to an earlier LW version then that may result in files not loading.

Go to the Library window & click on the incomplete folder. Then select the incomplete files & press the Resume button. This will force them back into the downld window. However, the sacrifice is that they'll all start from 0% no matter what file size they are.

i'm having that problem too.
recently i formatted my harddrive, and i kept the "download.dat & .bak" files. but i can't resume download after i reinstall LW.
it overwrites those download.dat & .bak files and also restart to 0%.
pls help solving the problem
