help me, whenever i download any program however big or small it always just downloads a setup. when i try to run this my computer says it has a virus, i tell it to ignore it then the setup just trys to install some ******* internet toolbar. it does this every time please help me.

Downloading programmes on Limewire is a very risky business, and unless you have competely up to date anti virus and anti spyware software and you are quite sure what you are doing, best avoided. Be aware of what size the programme should be and do not download something of a different size. There are a huge number of bogus and infected programme files out there.

Oh yes and if your comuter tells you you have a virus. Believe it . If you try to open a file like that after a warning ..... you fill in the rest.
