Every time I try to download a file..I get a message saying that the "save folder" I have chosen is invalid. However, when try to use a different folder Limewire claims that folder to be Invalid as well and, that I do not have perrmission to write to an incomplete folder. I just want o download some music!! Can someone help me.

c:\program files\limewire and no matter what file I pick it say's the file is invalid and I dont have the neccessary permissions.

ok guys whenever i try to open limewire it makes my computer screen go black and a message pops up saying "please check PC display settings"....whats happening?!

$Goldigga_49$: See The way to fix the Blank screen on startup & see if it's related. It's also possibly related to the skin you're using unless you're using the default skin.

I just started using lime wire today, and it all seems to be working fine, but i cannot download. I can search, and lots of results come up, but when i double click on the song i want, nothing happens. when i right cick and press download, nothing happens. When i right click and press download as, nothig happens. when i select the song i want and press the download button at the bottom, nothing happens. why is this? can anyone help me please?
