 won't let me download anymore I have only had Limewire since last wednesday and I am already having issues. Last night I did a search and got the results. When i went to click one of the files nothing happened. No folder opened. NOTHING!I have files for people to upload and I have been successful at downloading about 10 files and now it won't allow me to download anything else. Someone please help!  |

| It's probably due to this License requirement (click on link) so set the 2 options as suggested about Search & Revert Popups to Default & all should be fine. Post back if not. Post back anyway.

| I set the option for it to notify me when I need a license. The files including ones I know have no license nor need it will not even begin to download. Like I said I double click on it and the little folder on the left doesn't open to let me know it downloading and it doesn't appear on my download list. It won't let me open ANYTHING for download. Is there a limit on downloads? Like do I have to share so many files in order to download more. I have less than 20 files downloaded and complete. And people are able to still upload. I have a 5 bar connection and still nothing. This is getting a bit frustrating since I really do like Limewire. I hope you can help me!! I am about to uninstall it after the files that I already have on my download list finish and then try to start from scratch!! I really don't want to do that. |

| Somehow I don't think you followed my directions. But anyway, close LW & try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 in Fixes for Limewire (sample at bottom of page.) You won't solve these types of issues unless you follow the advice given. The advice was to Revert Popups to default.
