Help In firewalls
 

Hello....I have a dsl connection of 1mbps.....Well MY problem is that a week ago my downloads where going real fast reaching maximum download speeds...but now the downloads are going at 15-30 kbps which is real slow...And i have the globe thingy in the bottom left corner with a firewall infront of it...and iam sure that my windows firewall is offf...soo what should i do?:confused:
