 arghhhh please bear with me as i have a pretty crap knowledge of computers, but i downloaded a film and when i went to play it on windows media player all i got was the sound and no picture. It said something about a code/c or sumin? can any1 shed any light on this 4 me?   |

| You need a certain codec to play it. Click on the Search button at the top right of the screen and type in codecs. You might find what you're looking for.  |
