Need Major Help!!!!!!wheres My Songs?

ok so i jsut downloaded itunes for my ipod and i went to tools saving and chose for all the songs to save to itunes...........then when i went back to my library EVERY song was gone.........i cant find them in any folder on my computer........PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Hi npav22,
Which library are your songs gone from - iTunes or LimeWire?
By default, your downloads go to C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Shared. Unless you've deleted them by mistake, that's where they should be.
If they're not in your shared, have a look in your Saved folder.

Try searching your hdd for one of the songs. If you get no results you may have deleted them by accident(it happens quite a bit). You will need a file recovery program to try to get them back.

I don't know if you can do this but, if the songs are on your ipod can you upload them back onto you hdd? Just a thought, I don't have an ipod.

In future, see 1. Go to your LW Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link), & also
