i can download them files fine. but when i go to open them it says cant open the file becasue of an error, error -37

what is that and how can i fix it please help

Googling Error 37 gives a variety of meanings, most seem to be excessively long file names, lack of authentication, and devise not found. so It would be good idea to do a google search. and see what makes most sense. Does this happen with mp3s, videos or any type of file. Do not give names of files on the forum, but let us know if you need to what type of files and if you are only trying one type, try a few others. Also what application(s) are you trying to open the files with?
