how to download onto a zen micro?

i recently got a 'creative zen micro' and have installed the software. the only problem is that the computer dosent recognise the 'device' and the music from limewire downloads onto the computer instead of the zen. the computer is quite old, could that be the problem? or is something faulty?

Ok you need to be a little more specific. I have a zen micro and it works fine. When you go to my computer does Zen Micro media Explorer show up?? if It doesn't you need to reinstall it, if it does open it and select import music to device,
