nanogram is flying high
Default W32/Alcan.worm!p2p
used limewire for several months with no problems. Now EVERYTHING i download is infected with this virus. McAfee can never clean it so it deletes the whole file. Thanks for any suggestions.

What sort of thing wre you downloading ... Music, video, progammes,, games? don't give file names .... file sizzes are OK to mention

its always programs. music and videos are fine.
Winzip files mostly.

As you should have seen, if you followed birdy's link, there are a lot of viruses on the network in exe files. They are best avoided, but if you are going to download them, expect to encounter this problem often
