weird..
 

like 2 days ago my limewire would download at spees over 100 kbps now all of a sudden i get around like 12 and when it reaches 99% is just like goes to 0 and never completes...dont konw what to say...

It might be your isp at fault. Try downlding a magnet link sample from here & see what speeds you get: http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml
