Can't DL any files. A window comes up and says
"unable to continue writing an incomplete file for the selected DL because you do not have permission to write to the incomplete folder. To continue using LW, please choose a different Save Folder"
I have created new save folders in many loations but the error comes back next attempt.
Any help is appreciated.

Just curious are you the computer administrator and are you using an administrator account to create the file.

I purchased the computer used and use it with the original configuration.

Are you suggesting that the I have to be logged on as the administartor to create useable files??
I have created many before and downloaded other programs,PDFs etc to them.

Does LW allow any other options because I will not be able to contact the original owner..?

I do not know for sure but usually when windows says anything about permission it is a administrator thing.
