ok i was having problems with the shared folders, so i just deleted the files in "shared" it ended up deleting them from my library, is there any way to restore them? i remember with itunes, i got a program that restored my files, is there something like that for limewire? thanks...

You'd need a utility program like Norton utilities but otherwise try both of these free ones: 1. PC Inspector File Recovery (click on link), & also 2. Restoration (click on link)

But don't downld them to the same partition you're trying to recover files from or you'll reduce chances of recovery.

To unshare a folder, right-click it in the LW Library window OR File>Unshare. Or go to Tools>Options>Sharing & remove from list.
