Stabilizing Uploads on an Overloaded (PAT) Dynamic NAT Network I’m running an Overloaded Dynamic NAT (NAPT) configuration over a Ku band satellite connection.
The issue here is that uploads pulsate. Maxing out at around 40kps, then they slowly drop to 0kps, then they jump back to 35kps to 40kps. This happens consistently during all uploads using LimeWire.
There are no problems with upload completion. They typically complete unless the client cancels.
Assistance from the software providers would be nice!!!

I've attempted multiple configurations, and none have solved this issue. Damn NAT configured Hughes modem. I have learned how to configure the modem differently though. BIG SMILE LMAO…
