Default Can someone help me with the "Incomplete" Directory?

Hello there,
I have an "Incomplete" folder that always shows up on my desktop.

Everytime I delete the folder from my desktop the next time I go to download somthing, it creates the file on my desktop right away.

Does anybody know how to permanatly move the "Incomplete" folder from the desktop and have it go somewhere else?

I cant figure it out, ive tried.
Thank you,
Brandon.

The Incomplete folder is always one level above your download folder. So if you put your download folder anywhere except one level below your Desktop folder (e.g. C:\Shared) the Incomplete folder will not show on your Desktop.
