Lord of the Rings has a distinguished reputation

Which program are you using to preview it with. I'd recommend VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) as it has in-built codecs & is generally very reliable for previewing. I also prefer to go directly to the incomplete folder & open it from there rather than using the preview button.
