Angry Port forward, but still shows behind firewall

I have removed/reinstalled limewire. Deleted limewire folders after uninstall, port forwarded and limewire is showing a firewall on the bottom left corner. WTH is wrong with it? BitComet works fine, why not limewire.

I'm running windows xp, 3.0mbps cable internet, and the newest release or limewire basic.

Did you configure your XP firewall to allow LW, etc.? Check this post http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=51357
BTW who is your cable company?

Sounds like the issue might be your modem/router then.
BTW if the firewall icon is permanently showing then it looks like this is the issue.

It used to go through fine before. I have updated the firmware on the router so I think my router is fine. Before it would work, now the firewall indicator is showing all the time.

now it's working. For some reason the manual port forward port and the listening port had to be the same number, 6346
