downloads 150kb uploads 30kb no matter what i do ok... so ive been very happy with limewire and i can download great. there is 1 problem. a lot of the time i dont use it for downloads. i just leave it running for others uploads. the uploads speed can never hit above the 50kb range no matter how many uploads are active, yet i can go over 130kb with just 1 download. i dont want it to slow others down just cause it thinks i might want to download somthing when i'm not gonna. is there a way to prioritise uploads for xxx time or when idol or anything??? |
Hi 310, Read this, it's about maximising d/l & u/l success: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=17321 My uploads are always at a lower speed than my downloads, too. I guess you could change your upload bandwidth to 100% (if you've got it set lower). Tools > options > uploads > basic. |
i have tried leaving my comp on a while like the forum sugjested and i have unlimited upload bandwidth. i have even tried setting download bandwidth to like 3.2mb/s or somthing and still have never ever seen uploads hit 60 :( well thank you ne way and i know there may well not be a solution but if ne 1 else knows please respond and thx :) |
