I hope some one can help me?! I’ve recently upgraded to a, 2MB connection and also upgraded to the newest Limewire and to start off with my download speeds were fast, but now rarely go above 10 kb/s. I’ve downloaded the newest Java, deleted limewire folder including the hidden one, all my connection settings in the option menu seem to be correct, my I.S.P. has also confirmed that no download restrictions are on my account (toucan.com, very good deal by the way!). I’ve also tested my speed at various times in the day and all would seem to point to a 2MB connection.

DOES ANYONE HAVE AN ANSWER PLEASE!

You say that your options settings are all good; which stickies did you follow when setting your LW up?

OK, i see what you mean. Yes I have used both the 2nd and 3rd link and also one that advised me to delete the hidden limewire folder and restart (can't seem to find again). All my setting though still should give good performance as it is only recentley that it just went to crawling speed after downloading limewire 4.10.5.
