find back deleted downloads
 

I don't know if this is the right place to post this item, but I have a question:
I'd bin really really stupid: I accidentally deleted all my downloads out of the map "media-libery"(I don't know how it is called on English) and now I can't play the music in Windows media player anymore. Is it possible to find the deleted downloads back somewhere?

I'm sorry my English isn't that good. I'll hope you do understand what my question is!
