Search results mostly rubbish. Shareaza type filter? I returned to LW after a few months break. Now my search results are mainly rubbish. And not just iPod adverts. I saw in the Shareaxa forum that some folks were offering a list to dl that you could add to your blocked list to filter some of the rubbish. Anyone doing this for LW. Or can I just use that list? Or is there some other technique for e_l_i_m_i_n_a_t_i_n_g_ this annoyance? |

SHA fix cont. To be more specific, they have a list of addresses, not key words, to block in order to stop the rubbish generators. Can LW block specific addresses?. Yes, I read the other forums first. |

You can use the junk filter: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...ng+junk+filter You can add IPs to your blocked list but if these IPs are going to change every day, makes it a bit pointless. Just be vigilant with your downloads. Eliminating this PITA iisn't really an option...more a case of learning what to ignore http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...164#post104164 http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=41870 http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=41432 |
