Downloading of files problem
 

Hi, my limewire has stopped downloading files. I can add them to my download list but the percentage bars have stopped moving. It happened suddenly, and I have no idea whats wrong with it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have the free version by the way.

IT might be due to your Internet service provider starting to shape your bandwidth when using LW.

Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included.)

Try an experiment, try downlding a magnet link file from here http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml & tell us what happens.
