![]() 1. After LW's been open for at least 15 mins, do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False? 2. Downld a magnet link file from here: http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml & tell us what happens. What speeds do you get? 3. Whilst LW is closed, do a speed test. Find one nearest to you here: http://www.t1shopper.com/tools/speedtest/ 4. Who is your internet service provider (ISP)? 5. BTW you should not use the internet without a firewall. Instead, configure it to allow LW full passage thru. See Connection problems? Check here first! (XP has its own firewall.) |

![]() You're the 2nd person in hours I've responded to who used TalkTalk. They have the same complaint. ie: TalkTalk shape bandwidth for p2p users. See ISP's known to BLOCK or Filter p2p or specifically Limewire & see the last link in the 1st post about UK ISP's that filter or block p2p. BTW if the report came back as true then you're set up well. It's only your ISP that's the problem! ![]() ![]() |
