Songs in Library are colored red - no one can upload from me
 

This just happened about an hour ago. I tried shutting it down and restarting it. It didn't work. I upgraded to version 4.10.5 and it's still doing it. I can connect and search. I haven't tried to download anything else yet. How can I fix it so members can upload from me?

It's not abnormal for the files in the Saved Files to be red. What's important is the files in the Shared folder. These will always start off red as soon as you open LW. One by one as LW accounts for them, they'll turn black. So after opening LW, be patient & wait for them all to turn black. You'll know by watching the share counter at the bottom of the LW window which will show how many files you're sharing. When you open LW it may show 0/560 with 560 being the total. But after a while it will go to 23/560, then 134/560, etc. until it's accounted for all.

They may turn red otherwise if you've moved them or renamed them but LW hasn't updated its database. So you'd press the Refresh button in the LW Library window to re-account for changes.

They actually stayed red. Didn't change to black, but I fixed it. All I did was go under the options and restored to default. I'm not sure what I did to cause it to happen, but it's fixed. Thanks.
