Not Getting Songs I Search For
 

i get many songs from the specified artist but not the one i request. i've tried fixing preferences, deleting all my open downloads, still just get tons of other songs totally different from the ones requested. when i request a specific album from a specific artist the songs i get aren't even from that album. i'm using mac os x. is that why?

tried to read your forums but there are so many pages of questions and i've checked for hours/weeks but can't find my problem addressed. my searches in the forums aren't reaching the exact topic.

pls help me get the specific songs i'm searching for. thank you.
