![]() I downloaded a movie and you can't see it. It looks like it's out of focus. I am a (clueless) newbie to all of this and don't know if I need another program to be able to view it or if my media player needs to be different? Can anyone help me? |

![]() It is quite possible you have downloaded a lousy copy. It is a good idea to right click on a file before downloading go to advanced ... look up file with bitzi and you will find reviews of the file on the bitzi web site which should help. Many people will not download files without checking they have a good bitzi rating. I hope this helps ... you may have a problem with your player ... but I doubt it. |

![]() As OAH suggested it might not make any difference, but try VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) as it has its own in-built codexs & is generally very reliable for playback! ![]() |
