big problems
 

I have 2 computers at home with a wire router linksys.
we lived in montreal for 2 years and always we've this configurations and we never had a problems with limewire nor emule.
in june we moved to ontario (cambridge) and obviously we had to change our IPS to rogers.
first weeks was ok but 4 months ago we never can download a thing from lime wire or e-mule.
we did everything:
( we have winxp pro)
we unistall service pack
we connect both computer directly to modem ( we have cable )
jumping router.
we reconfiguring a hundred of time, ports in router and limewire and emule.
we downloaded lastest drives and firmwares
we changing all cables and bougth the most expensives cables in the market.
we changed the network cards
all hard disk was formatted and a fresh version of win xp was installed.

NOTHING
we can't download nothing from limewire and emule.
but we can download from other p2p network as Ares.
PLEASE, WE NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
