 I'm not getting a visual...please help! Okay, when I download a video file, it pops up in Windows Media Player, and I can hear it, however I'm not getting a picture, just those backgrounds that go on when you play a song. I'm not very good with computers and have no idea what's wrong or how to fix it, please help me!!   |
