Where do they go now?
 

I Haven't used my Limewire for the past 3 months - and I just downloaded a couple of songs and - the page has changed - I watched it download 100 % - & disappear - usually it ends up in the music library but it didn't today. Can someone out there tell me if the format has changed and where do I go from here? Thanx ...

occasionally you will download a file ..it will reach 100% and it will vanish without trace. this will most likely be because there is afault with the file.

The file you download will go to your save folder which you can check the location of in options/preferences> saving > save folder. If this folder is not shared ...mine is not ... the file will not appear in the library, until you move it to a folder that is shared.

You can always do a search on your computer for the name of the missing file, and if it is there you will find it.

One or two changes have occurred regarding shared files over the past few months but exactly what is hard to recall.
