how come my download speed goes up and down
 

i read all the post that about the download !! i am using limewire pro! and internet speed it T1
i try almost everything, and now it sometime goes to 70k sometime goes to 0k(!!! why?

Same rubbish is happening to me, I am reasonably sure that my ISP is filtering/interfering with my internet P2P connection because any other download or internet browsing still works as it should.

I don't have a solution yet, busy doing other things, but watch this space.
