It doesn't necessarily mean the file's bad, just that no-one's rated it. I've only seen one or two music files rated, it's more common for movies.

If the file size looks right & it doesn't have one of the suspicious titles ( eg T_H_I_S), start downloading & after maybe 20%, preview it. Just make to scan the file before opening it
