Problem Connecting on my Mac... Just recently i found out that i can't connect.. due to a firewall which never has been a problem in the years ive been using Limewire untill the past few months....now im using a Mac and im on a Cable modem.....i find that my mac should atomatically read this problem and let the connection take through by the click of a button through my utilities.. well my firewall isnt even ON....and my connection is 0.....ive read all the FAQ sheets and tryed everything to get around the problem but nothing works... the brickwall is still up....does anyone know how i can be helped???? P.S. It was just a few months ago that i was on the same computer, with the same Cable service recieving files through Limewire |

First, can you check with your ISP to ask if they still allow filesharing on the Gnutella Network? If they have started filtering p2p traffic, then switching to a different ISP is best. |
