Ok , So I have these two songs I have been trying to get off limewire basic , and every download I try for these songs won't preview (I have tried like 7 diff downloads for each song) and will be about 6 minutes of nothingness when they are complete , does anyone know how to fix this ? Thanks

There are a lot of fake files put on the network to try to dissuade people from d/ling. The newer and more popular the file is the greater chance that there will be fake files being shared. Also some people don't check the files they d/l and are sharing bad files.

When you choose a file to d/l. Try one that doesn't have a lot of sources and has a cable/dsl speed instead of a T3 connection, but sometimes it's a matter of trial and error. Usually persistance will pay off.
