Downloading Problems Well , i have been using Limewire for over a year now and since last week everything was working fine. Im on ADSL which has the capacity of downloading at 1mb/sec. Last week i started having problems in downloading files over Limewire. Till last week i have been downloading files at an average rate of at least 50kb/sec and now i doesnt go over 2kb/sec. I know something is wrong and maybe one of you could help me out with this problem. |

Check that your ISP hasn't started filtering p2p. There are a few tips in this thread, follow LOTR's advice http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...download+speed You can try downloading a magnet link & see what speed you get. Link is here http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...ht=magnet+link Providing you haven't made any changes to your set up (new hardware etc), I'd suspect it was an ISP issue. |
