Forgot how to share
 

I used to know how to share but now it isn't working for me. I do get hits and people upload from me but I just got a new album I wanted to share and I don't know how to put it on Limewire.
When I go to options do I choose network, incomplete or root?
I think I'm totally lost because I've been trying most of a day.
After I choose one of those 3, if I do, then what next? All of my music is in a folder named My Music.

Please someone help me?

Thank you but I think the Lord was speaking more about burning CD's or DVD's. All I want to do is fix it so I can share songs.
Like I said, I used to know how but I can't seem to get it this time.

I'm using Limewire Pro. I go to options, a page comes on (like the one I'm writing on kind of, I click on sharing in the left column. I choose what I want to share or where and another small page comes up with Network Sharing, Incomplete and Root.
