xplornet is slowing my download speed. Help!

Xplornet is my new ISP and their Techs have told me that I can't share files.

My download speed on LW is 1 KB. After testing my connection, am good for 51 Kb per sec.

Please help me find a way around this. Tried doing a search, but what is being discussed is over my head.

Yeah, I found a solution: another wireless provider that moved into the area.

Now my xplornet is a paper******. Anyone wanna buy it?
