Default Security Crap

Well i downloaded a file and now i cant open because of security settings, how do i scan it, i have norton does that work, and will that make it open?

Open your saved folder outside of LW. Right click on the file & choose 'scan with *whatever AV you have*.

What kind of a file is it? There are certain types to be wary of, zips & exes for starters. It's worth reading this thread, lots of info about virus probs

Hopefully it is not 851.7kb in size if it is don't open it it is a virus. Trust the security warnings they are there for your protection.
