If you revert your popups to default & then choose 'always use this answer', that annoying box won't appear every time you want to download!

If you're always getting 'waiting for busy hosts', either be patient & wait for the hosts or search again. Vary your search terms. Try the All Types search instead of a more specific search, this can give you really different results. Or try searching just for the album name, sometimes that works really well.

:)

The first question that jumps into my head is : Where did you get the LW client from? Because, and that's only my 2-cent worth, it sounds like a faked LW client to trick you to that website........(means you didn't get it from the official LW website).

Hello: I cannot download either. Using Windows XP thru a Linksys Router on Optimum online. Search results are fine. Always alway waiting and waiting and waiting. I have Excellent / TurboCharged results Indicated. and No Firewall Indicated. In other words, it should be open. Also, NO one ever answers Chats. I had downloads que'ed up for days with nodownloads. Actually, this all seemed to start about 2 weeks ago. I used to get good download activity. What happened to Gnuetella ? Limewire? What might I have done wrong? Can this be fixed?

You might take a look here http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showthread.php?t=55461

Seems to be a common Optimum problem.

If a search result has (sponsored result) by it and you click it, it will launch your web browser to an advertisment page for ipod or something like that. They are harmless and you can filter them using the keyword filter and the junk filter. In LW go to Tools>Options>Filters.
