Really Bad Downloading Speed, please help!
 

Most of the time my downloading speed is 2 kb/s:eek: . I have Atlantic Broadband Cable internet and it works fine, except with limewire. i've tried changing the connection speed in Tools but it doesnt help. However there have been a few times when the kb/s for my download reached 42 kb/s!:confused: But that is like a tease because that only happened twice.:mad: Pleeeeeeeeeeeease help.
