Not Downloading
 

I have just dowloaded Limewire, not betta, and for some reson im not able to download, even when click right clicking, i have tried everything i know, im only 16 so i dont have credit card to purchase betta, can some one help me out pleasE?

What's so hard about it? That thread linked to above has your answers.
Go through the instructions again and remember to answer "yes" when the popup appears again.

Did you say that you wouldn't download a file without a license? Did you tick 'always use this answer'? If that's what you did then my other link will help.
The only other copyright propmt is before downloading the installer.
