It sort of makes you wonder how much difference there is between capped & unlimited. Because on the unlimited plan if you use p2p you're capped during peak hours.

tiscali have just informed me that 8meg is on the way in august if i am interested not much point if they are restricting the p2p is there, 8meg to look at the weather mmmm nice and useful
