Problem driving me mad!!! If I'm downloading a film etc, in mpeg, mpg, avi, I can preview it, during the download with no problems. Once the file is downloaded (100%), I get the following message: LimeWire has detected a corruption in the file "whatever the file name is".mpeg Do you want to continue? This is followed by the yes or no options. If I click yes, the download completes, BUT, when I go to view a download that is, (for example) 1hr 50min in length, it will only play for 15/20 mins. It then stops, cant go any further forward. Sorry if this discription isn't clear, but it's the best I can describe it. Any help would be much appreciated. |
It might be that you're just reeeeally unlucky, or maybe something else is going on. Before you download a file, check it with Bitzi. If a file's been rated you'll have a good idea of quality & content Bitzi Next time you download a movie, make sure it's got a good review on Bitzi & see if you still have the corrupt file problem. |
