Problem with Speed..KB/s?

I have had limewire for about a year now and have NO problems, I have never needed to ask questions on the Forums, everything has been smooth. WEll than I moved about 3 weeks ago and my limewire speed (kb/s) are only going to about 8 max when they use to go to 20-30. My DSL provider is the same and I have downloaded other things and they seem to be at normal speed. I was wondering if you think it could be something with limewire or with my dsl connection? Maybe you know a trick or something I have missed. Please let me know soon.

I' have the same problem and my ISP said that it's because I'm living further away from the exchange...
Do you have a wall in front of the LW globe ???

Yep I sure do....always have...can I get rid of it? will it help?

You might have a NAT firewall inside your modem, what brand and model number is your modem...;)

Also who is your ISP...

where is my modem and how do i find #?

i use a local isp, nctelecom, they are cheaper.

Hi I hav a 2mps connection with aol, I hav limewire pro but it seems that the download speed really sucks it sticks around 3 to 60 kps if any one can help then that would be great.

My limewere is really slow....pls tell me how could I speed up it...
