Default purchased update

I just purchased an update of limewire pro 4.10 for 18.88. I paid for it with my palpal account. When I clicked sumit it said it would redirect me to the download page. the screen went blank, so I went to the download page and gave my email address, then it said it didn't have that email address. I gave several more but it didn't recognize any of them. I'm sure the first one was right.

I can't get my updated download if limewire doesn't recognize my email address. I sent an email to customer support, I haven't heard from them yet. I went to paypal and they took the money instantly. I need to know how can I get my update if limewire is saying that's not a valid email address when it is in fact this is the address I used. I used the link on the limewire program and I don't think they asked me for my email address.

Default upgrade problems

Hi Grandpa,

When I try to send a private emal to Mformel it says I don't have that enabled, not sure how to do it can you help.

At the top go to User CP click on it then click on edit options scroll down the page and put a tick in the box next to enable PM
