Corrupted exe

All the exe or zip/rar files i download are corrupted and also all exes and zip/rar files are not bigger then 197.7k even though i know they should be bigger i would appreciat any help.

You don't understand ALL exe and/or zip/rar files are fixed at 197.7kilos and won't larger.

You don't understand ALL exe and/or zip/rar files are fixed at 197.7 -- all of those ones ARE VIRUSES not all files are this image shows not all are small viruses, some are actual programs
