Won't load to my i pod
 

I'm new to this and cannot seem to get things to work? The songs I've downloaded show up in a folder labeled limewire in my i tunes, but I cannot figure out how to get them into the libary section of i tunes so the can load into my ipod. I've tried every thing I think, I've even read other posts for help. Can someone please walk me thru this? THANKS

The LimeWire Tunes folder is just a playlist. There's a heap of info about adding music to iPod & iTunes here
