I cant find Bitzi ANYWHERE. I opened up Limewire, picked any song that came to me, selected it, and have been searching for Bitzi, opened everything up top I could, and its nowhere to be found. What am I doing wrong? Any and all help is appreciated, thanks. |

The official site is here Bitzi However, not all files are registered at Bitzi. More-so video files are registered there for looking up. If you do a bitzi search for a file that's not registered there, yes you will see a message saying bitzi bitprint could not be found. |

Ok, thanks so much. I'll have to work on it, appreciate your response. I've just gotten to the point where I'm actually afraid to dl anything. I also have Limewire Pro, I thought it would be easier than this,. Thanks again. |

Here's some files to beware of Virus thread: Typical virus spam file sizes - Make a note of them (click on blue link to see). It will probably take a little time to learn those tricks of recognising them, however it's not so hard after a while. |

Hi Guys, I have the same problem. Been using limewire happily for years and now all of a sudden torrents refuse to start up. I've cancelled the d/l's and uninstalled and re installed mulitple versions of limewire and nothing happens. Even when I download from piratebays top 100 list, it cant connect to anyone to share with. Very wierd.... Anyone have any tips? Audio downloads work (ones that I search through limewire for) but not torrents. I'm using an XP OS with DSL 54.0 Mb connection and I have the limewire 5.1.4 version. Any assistance would really be appreciated!! i'm Stumped and missing my movies! ( |

Use LW for gnutella network, not for torrents. |

thanks but it still strikes me as very odd.. I've downloaded countless torrents quite easily and quickly (I always found limewire much faster than all the other torrent programs including vuse and miro. Is there a chance its some kind of virus preventing me from connecting? I have tried other torrent focused programs and they have the same results.. this is why i'm concerned, its only a recent problem. appreciate the suggestion tho. Anna |

If they are older torrents, perhaps nobody is online at the time you are attempting to connect with those torrents. LW's torrent abilities are limited unfortunately. If you really prefer to persist with LW for torrents, get LW 5.2 or even the beta 5.3. LW has made some small improvements in their torrent implementation. Download LimeWire 5.2.13 - Lime Wire _ or _ http://www.limewire.com/download/betaversion.php |
