word filter doesn't work I'm trying to download music, and almost all the results send me to napsters page or one of itunes page. I tried using the word filter for napster, buylegal, itunes, ipod, torrntazos.com, and mp3-es.com and they still keep popping up. It seems like it only happens with poplular music (my japanese music downloads are fine.) |
Could you edit out the name of the copyrighted song you're trying to download?? Just that it's against the forum rules to mention copyrighted file names;) Forum Rules Thanks! Are you making sure to click Apply after adding to the keyword filter? There seems to be a real spam problem lately with popular files. Search again. Vary your search terms (look for artist/album name rather than song title). Try the All Types search. Try at different times of day, when users in other time zones will be online. Stay away from files that have high numbers of sources, go for a file with 10 sources or less. Try a cable/dsl or modem source. Here are a couple of recent threads about the Napster problem http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showthread.php?t=57513 http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showthread.php?t=57482 |
